3. Shipping Times We are committed to delivering our products to customers worldwide. Depending on your location, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Within the United States: 7-12 business days.

  • International: 10-20 business days. Note: Delivery times may be slightly delayed during holidays, peak seasons, or due to customs processing.

5. Shipping Address Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. VeloVial is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Any costs associated with re-shipping due to an incorrect address will be the responsibility of the customer.
