1. Returns Period You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must be in the original packaging.

2. How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact our customer service team at gj.gkgh88@gmail.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your email. Our team will provide you with return instructions and the return address within 48 hours.

3. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you immediately. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

4. Shipping Costs For returns not related to quality issues, customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning the item. If the product is found to be defective or damaged during transit, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

5. Exceptions Please note that due to hygiene and food safety standards, Flavor Pods that have been opened or used are considered final sale and cannot be returned, unless they arrived damaged or defective.
